Please select the pickup date as the morning following your final evening with the sauna. Drop off times are 1pm and pickup times are 11am with some flexibility.
For example: a 1 day (24hour) experience would be input as Drop off date: Jan 1st - Pickup date: Jan 2nd.
For Community Sessions, Add Ons and Locals Month Deals please still select the corsponding dates.
Elevate your sauna experience with our guided sauna option. An experienced sauna guide will come to your home at a pre-arranged time for a 75-minute session. During this time, the guide will lead you through three 15-minute rounds, with ample time to relax in between. Each round features regular steam sessions, aufguss, essential oils, and the option for guided breathwork, meditation, or gentle movement.
